Your company was fast on sending me a new crank for my umbrella. It worked great and was easy to install. Now I have to look for a base.

I am very happy with my umbrella and the service I received. When there was a shipping issue, they quickly identified it and the owner personally intervened to correct it without me ever having to ask for assistance. I would definitely deal with this company again.

I heard about Fiberbuilt when I assisted the manager at a hotel in the Bahamas. We purchased them at that time. They were unreal, held up and were so amazing. The quality can't be beaten. I live on Hilton Head Island and just purchased several for my pool area. The product is so well made and sturdy. The customer service at Fiberbuilt is spot on. I can't wait to order additional umbrellas. A must-have!!

I needed to replace 6 umbrellas at the neighborhood cabana. When I could not order them from the last place, I went directly to Fiberbuilt to order. Not only were the umbrellas in stock, they were cheaper than the other place I bought them.
These umbrellas are outside with daily use from May 1st until October 1st (5 months). The last set of umbrella's lasted 6 years. The only draw string to raise the canopy on these units would occasionally break, but was easily fixable. Overall, these umbrellas would not fade and provided great shade for the members of the cabana.
The customer service at Fiberbuilt was also great. My umbrellas took a few days to get processed, but the customer service folks quickly answered my question question on shipping and delivery of my umbrellas.
Overall, I would highly recommend these umbrellas for commercial or home use.

Love our Fibrebuilt umbrella base. We have 4 of them now and haven't had an umbrella fall over in high winds since we bought them. Great company to work with and awesome customer service.

Attractive and functional product at a good price. Base arrived well-packaged with easy pictorial setup instructions. Got the black because champagne bronze was not in stock. It still looks good with champagne bronze umbrella pole. Helpful and responsive customer service throughout the process of buying the market umbrella and base.

I am the proud owner of 3 beautiful FiberBuilt Umbrellas, but my favorite by far is my new Lucaya Market Umbrella with Pulley & Pin Lift Mechanism. With the Lucaya model, I was able to choose hardware finish and Sunbrella canopy colors, and was so happy that it is an extremely hard to find 8 foot size. FiberBuilt customer service is just as amazing as their product. One of the best purchases and best purchase experiences I have ever had!

Crank Lift Kit for 1.5 inch Pole

After buying 2 previous umbrellas to go on my beach condo deck and having them last less than a season I invested in a FiberBuilt umbrella. Unlike the others that wobbled in the wind , this one, with the same exact stand as the others, stands up straight and unwavering in the gusty winds coming off the beach. I was so satisfied that I have ordered a second umbrella for the other side of the deck .
